Lala and Cheese!

Hi All!

I got my hands on Lala and Cheese! Oooohhhh... love this month's publications. All the series, I've been following, including Bokutachi wa Shitte Shimatta 傻傻未知爱 (I've been frustrated with this series for awhile) have very exciting developments. Yeah!!! Will upload some raws and give the summaries to u soon. Look out! Yes! What a happy month for me!

Kimi Ni Todo Ke

This is their first and highly-anticipated date for Sawako and Shouta. And it is worth the wait. Karuho sensei milked the moment and satisfied my expectations. There were many "Awwww.." moments for me. It is a sweet date to say the least. : )

While preparing for the date, Sawako worries about her looks. She wonders whether she looks ok for the date. (Girl, u look great!) Prior to the date, she was told it's Shouta's birthday and she prepares to celebrate it with him.

She rushes to the meeting place not wanting to be late for the date. Shouta is already there waiting for her. He confesses he woke up early cos he was feeling rather excited over the date. (XD sweet). Sawako blushes at his confession. (Awwww...)

Sawako empties the contents of her bag. Shouta is surprised to see the beautifully and thoughtfully made food.

Shouta exclaims that the food is delicious and tears. He is touched: "I will not forget this moment." (Awwww...) Sawako blushes...

Sawako bends down and formerly wishes Shouta happy birthday. (hee...hee...). She is so cute.

Sawako apologises for finding out his birthdate only recently. (she is honest to a fault) She prepares 3 gifts for Shouta. 2 of the gifts are for his pet dog. The last gift is a handphone accessory (a mini camera).

Shouta expressed that initially, he felt lonely that Sawako did not go out with him after the confession. However, now he realises that it was because Sawako was busy preparing for the presents. He is very touched that she puts in so much effort for him.

Sawako, feeling uncertained, wonders why Shouta could change his feelings and like her after her confession. (sigh.. she can be so dense...) Shouta assures her that he really meant what he said and that he really likes her.

Many more sweet moments at the planetarium museum.

After the planetarium, she took out 2 other gifts (which she wanted to give in the past but did not). They were a knitted cap for Christmas and cookies for Valentine's Day. Sawako, feeling uncertain, tells him it is ok if he doesn't want the gifts...

Shouta shows his appreciation by putting on the cap and eating the cookies. He is such a sweet guy. : )

Shouta: " I really love you."... "I'm very happy..." (Awwww...)

Strobe Edge Chapter 32

First few pages of the chapter is on Andou and his ex. She confesses she likes Andou. Andou is shocked. She admitted that she was attracted to Ren but she was touched by Andou's confession. She explains why she kissed Ren. That day, she went to the classroom to look for Andou. Ren was there and he smiled (whole-heartedly) when he was talking about Andou. She found him very attractive at that moment and b4 she knew it, she kissed him. She really regrets her behaviour. She asks Andou to forgive her.

Mao wishes Andou and Ninako well. (Wrong person Mao).

During the sports meet, Andou, in his enthusiasm (or competitiveness) hits Ren and causes his nose to bleed. (sigh... even the way he wipes his nose is so arresting). In my opinion, Ren is so manly and mature. He showed his focus when he called for Andou to climb over him. (Team player. He doesn't need to shine by pushing others down. Ahhh... Ren you have my attention. How can Ninako not notice his efforts?!?)

The next few pages is about Ninako's conversation with Touda. He encourages Ninako to stay focus and do a good job. Touda talks about his background too and why this sport meet is important to him.

One of Ninako's friend notices Ren seems to be looking for someone. Loudly, she questions whereabouts of Ninako so that Ren can hear. Ren overhears Ninako's friends talking about her buying something. He leaves to look for her. ~~~ Ninako's friend is beginning to know Ren's feelings for Ninako!!! Yes!!!

Ninako is carrying bottled drinks. Ren helps her carries the drinks. Ninako: "It's too heavy, I will carry." Ren: "Am I a man?" (the look he gave her... Yes, you r the man!!!)

Ninako has to leave for a meeting. Ren tells Ninako that he will wait in the classroom for her as he has something to say to her. Ninako is distracted during the meeting. XD She asks to leave first and rushes to meet Ren. Ren has left the classroom. On her bag, she finds a note

In the note, Ren explains that he will go back first as he realises that Ninako will be late for her part time work. Ninako pluck up enough courage to call him... (Io Sensei, please give us the confession in next chapter)

Kanojo wa Uso wo Aishisugiteru Chapter12

Riko is at her father's vegetable shop calling out the prices of vegetables to prospective customers.

Shinya is observing her from a corner. He thinks the reason for her powerful vocal is due to this training.

Riko is shocked to see Shinya (crude play's member) at her father's shop. She assumes that he is either living near the vicinity or that he is here to buy vegetables.~~~~~ XD she is so cute. Teasing her, he says he is here to get mushrooms.

Shinya clarifies and says the mushroom he is talking about is her ~~~~~ oh. dear. that's Aki's pet name for her too...

Meanwhile, Aki is having dessert at a store.

Riko's father is staring at Shinya suspiciously~~~ the drawing is so cute...

Shinya is flirting with Riko. He has not made clear his intentions for visiting her. He claims he is at her place to get closer to her.

He expresses his obervations that she seems very cautious with him. She is surprised that he calls her little mushroom again. He clarifies that he thinks calling her little mushroom is more appropriate as he assumes that her boyfriend is likely to call her by name. ~~~~~~ wrong, that is his pet name for her!!!! Riko expresses her confusion as to why Shinya is interested in her even though he knows she has a boyfriend.

Shinya expresses that most love relationships begin after a third party's involvement.~~~~ hmmm... is this prophetic. The mangaka's style is interesting. Thru supposedly mundane conversations, she leaves trails of further story developments.

Meanwhile, back to Aki. Shun calls him and ask to meet him at his place.
Aki declines meeting him and says that he is going to Riko's place and telling her everything about him, including the fact that he is Crude Play's Aki.

He wonders how Riko will react... He hopes she will still like him...
